All my visits since I first started with Novo and Ms. Mumford have been the best I've ever experienced with a Dr. And dealing with my chronic pain in almost 11 years now. I would recommend her to anyone I know. She has allowed me to have a life again.

Dr Durrett and his office personnel are absolutely the best !! The Doctor is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I recommend this office for anyone who is in chronic pain

My mother called this office daily for over a week and was repeatedly told that they hadn't received her doctor's referral. They did confirm that the practice accepted her insurance. At 86 years old, she is in severe pain and made an hour-long trip today to her doctor to pick up the referral to hand deliver it. However, when her doctor's office followed up with this office, they were informed that the practice does not accept her insurance, so they closed the referral. This directly contradicts what they told my mother, no one should have to continue to endure pain due to their lack of compassion.

Love love coming here! Jennifer is attentive to my needs and the staff is wonderful! I rarely have to wait but a few minutes and best of all—the therapy is working! Hallelujah!

Dr. Durette is a great doctor. He actually takes the time to listen to me and respects what I have to say and I value his input very much. He always tries to help me any way he can and has a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family as your not going to find a more caring doctor to see .
