Amazing staff and Dr. Durrett is very good with his clients. He is here to help people manage their chronic pain and other medical needs. I'm thankful the VA helped me find him and looking for further pain relief from him. Respectable, super clean business with loving, caring employees!

Because she is brilliant and she knows what she is doing. I love Novo I love Dr. direct but especially I love Jennifer Mumford. She has been so wonderful to me and the darkest days.

I had an excellent visit, as usual. The office is state of the art. I was seen promptly by Dr. Durrett, a physician who cares about his patients well being. He always treats me friendly, courteously and respectfully, as do his office staff, super nice!

I have recommended Ms Jennifer to others. She listens and tries to help anyway she can. And when she gives my shots in the back, she is very gentle and that helps to take some of the pain away!
